Shipping and Returns


  • Orders placed after 4 PM PST Monday-Thursday will be sent out the following business day.
  • We do not process orders over the weekend. Orders placed on Friday after 4PM PST will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Currently, we are only shipping within Canada.
  • All orders are shipped via Canada Post expedited.
  • All orders are subject to change based on availability. You will be notified within 24 hours if the item you ordered is no longer available.
  • We ship Canada wide for a flat fee of $10, and offer complimentary shipping for orders over $150 (before tax) 
  • Local orders may be picked up in-store at no cost. Simply select the “Pickup” option during checkout.
    • Your order will be available 24 hours after placing the order and held for 7 days in store while awaiting pickup. If you have not picked up your items up within 7 days and not contacted us for an extension before the 7 days are up, the item will be restocked and a credit will be applied to your account.


  • Regular price, unworn merchandise (with tags in tact) may be returned if mailed back to our storefront location within 14 days of receipt of the item.
  • All ‘On Sale’ items are final sale and may not be returned.
  • Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
  • Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you wish to return an item, please send an email to [email protected] and advise of the item you will be mailing back and the reason for the return.
  • Upon receiving your returned item, and the item inspected, you will be issued a refund to your original method of payment.
